Q: Why do I need to log in every time I open the site?

A: This is done for security reasons. Your session expires every time you close the site.

Q: Should I change my time zone every time when I visit the site?

A: No.

Q: Why does the site logo blink?

A: The site logo blinks when the site is loading additional data.

Q: In the top right corner some panel pops up. Why is that?

A: This panel pop ups when the site has some information for you.

Q: What is the best way to use the site?

A: BettingMonsters.com will run on all modern browsers. Internet explorer 9 and below users can not use the dynamic data loading feature.

Q: Should I create a new account in order to subscribe to more that one tipster?

A: No. All accounts can subscribe to more than one tipster.

Q: What payment methods does BettingMonsters.com offer?
